Wow....the best tip I can give is to stay in contact with that hostess.
The day after she books her party, send her a card in the mail thanking her for booking a show with you and also reminding her to send you her guest list (if you do that). Offer her an incentive if she gets her guest list back to you within a time period.
There should be at least 3 contacts to her prior to her party.....
The day after - thank youcard
The week before - ask her how she is coming along with her outside orders.
3 days before - get directions to her house, offer to do reminder calls for her or reminder her to reminder calls, and find out if she got any prebookings as you will want to go ahead and book those shows awhile.

Also while hostess coaching - you may want to go over her 10-5-1 plan
10 buying guests at her party
5 outside orders
1 prebooking
This will enable her to have a successful party.

Let her know that you cant wait to do her show and that you both will have so much fun. Find out what she wants....get her to make out a wish list. this will make it easier when closing the party to figure out what she wants for her free and 1/2 price items.
