Have you ever seen the cute magnets that can be made with clear glass flat marble like things that are used in fish bowls or vases? They are about 1 inch in diameter. I don't know if that makes any sense to you. They are cute to give out at parties and can go on the fridge to keep your name and company in sight all the time. I don't know about you but I hang out at the fridge a lot!
Anyway, you print out your name and your phone number on cute, but not too busy scrapbook paper. Use a cute but readable font. The writing needs to be small. You trace the shape of the flat glass marble over your name and number on the paper, cut it out and use mod podge to glue the paper to the glass marble. The front of the paper goes on the back side of the glass. Then it gets sort of magnified. Use mod podge again on the back of the paper. When it dries really well, attach a good heavy weight magnet on the back. The magnets I found at Michaels were just smaller than a dime. I got them in a package of about 12.
I used coupons for the magnets but found the marbles at a dollar store.
After all that explaning, I found a link that you should probably look at! You'll be glad you did!
