Declutter home for more business space

I want to declutter my home for more business space. This will be a 3 day weekend and I want to meet this goal. I thought of taking pictures to post with prices on Craigslist and local online papers. The proceeds from the sales I want to put 1/2 toward bills and the other 1/2 toward savings. I've heard ebay costs so I'd rather do it myself than give commission to someone else.

How do I do declutter my home for more business space?
Has anyone else done this?
What can you share with us since I don't think I'm alone?

I would go to flylady.net and read some here. Getting rid of clutter is difficult but it can be done just 15 minutes at a time. When you read How to Declutter it will explain alot better then I can. I hope this helps.

I try to do a yard sale every Memorial Day. I do a sweep of my entire house and remove anything I don't use, don't like, or the children have out grown.

It is amazing how much builds up in just one year and a yard sale is cheap and effective. In fact, my whole neighborhood does the yard sale which draws in a lot more people.

Anything that doesn't sell goes to charity.
