I have been making:

Chocolate covered Easter Eggs, Chocolate covered pretzels, chocolate covered marshmallows etc all week.

This mat is perfect for candy makers as you can put your food item smothered in chocolate on it and after it cools, it does not stick!

What I also love is the quick and easy clean up! I wash my mat under hot soapy water...towel dry and then I roll it up and put it back into my drawer.

Chocolate Chip Caramel Bars

1 (18 ounce) pkg. refrigerated chocolate chip dough
1 (32 ounce) pkg. refrigerated chocolate chip dough
1 (12 ounce) jar carmel sauce

Line a baking sheet with the Tupperware Silicone Wonder Mat, press cookie dough evenly onto mat. Pour caramel sauce over dough. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes; reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Cool slightly. Use the Tupperware Saucy Silicone Spatula to slice bars and remove from the pan. Bars will be slightly crunchy on top and gooey on the bottom.

Tupperware (tm) non-stick Silicone Wonder Mat Recipes.

Mashed Potato Candy

1/2 c. mashed potatoes
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. butter
10x sugar
dash of salt
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. evaporated milk
smooth peanut butter

Mix potatoes, butter and milk in a bowl. Add salt, vanilla and flour. Mix well. Add sugar until consistency of pie dough. Roll onto a well sugared board (I sugar my Tupperware Silicone Wonder Non-Stick Mat or my Pastry Sheet). Roll out flat like pizza crust. Spread with peanut butter (the smooth type). Roll up like a log. Transfer to a cutting board and slice into slices.
