Tupperware Dessert Dishes - Parfait Cups

Recipes you can make and use your Tupperware Dessert Dishes or Parfait Cups.

Parfait Paradise
1/2 c. low-fat small curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. thawed cool whip
1 pkg. Pineapple flavored gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
ice cubes
1 can (8 ounce) crushed pineapples in juice, drained
Sieve cottage cheese for smoother texture, combine with whipped topping. Spoon into cups and chill. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water (see amount above). Combine water and ice to make 1 1/4 cups. Add to gelatin, stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice cubes. Stir in pineapple, spoon over mixture in cups. Chill until soft-set.

Delightful Seventh Heaven
1 can sliced peaches in juice, drained (8 ounce)
1 pkg. raspberry gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
ice cubes
3/4 c. thawed cool whip
Dice peaches, save a few slices for garnishings. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water (see amount above), Combine water and ice to make 1 1/4 cups. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened, remove any unmelted ice, add diced peaches. Spoon 2/3 c. gelatin into cups. Chill until set, 10 minutes. Spoon whipped topping into cups alternating with remaining gelatin mixture. Garnish with reserved peach slices. Chill until soft set.
