Use and Care

When heating or melting chocolate or cheese in the microwave, use the lowest available heat level and stir every 10-15 seconds.

Use the ceramic pot only with the enclosed stand and use a regular sized tea-light candle.

Place tea light candle in the holder and light it before adding the ceramic pot to the stand.

Not intended for freezer or oven use!!!

Cool the ceramic pot before cleaning.

All parts hand wash only! Do not leave stand and forks soaking in the water. Wash & dry immediately.

Fondue Recipes:

Warm Berry Sauce

12 ounce bag of frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. Simple Indulgence Cinnamon & Vanilla Seasoning Blend
2 Tbsp. cornstarch mixed with 1/4 c. cold water

In a non-stick 2 quart Chef Series (tm) saucepan combine the berries, sugar and Cinnamon Vanilla Seasoning Blend, bring to a boil.

In a small Micro Pitcher (tm) combine cornstarch and water, stirring with the Saucy Silicone Spatula (tm) until it dissolves. Add cornstarch to sauce to thicken. Reduce heat and stir until smooth and simmer 2-3 minutes. Pour into fondue pot to keep warm.

Serve over ice cream, pancakes or french toast.

Milk Chocolate & Peanut Butter Fondue

1 cup heavy cream
6 ounce (3/4 cup) of milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter, smooth or chunky
sliced bananas, marshmallows, cookies, pretzels or apples

In a Chef Series (tm) 2 quart saucepan, heat the cream over medium heat until simmering. Do not boil. Reduce heat to low and add the chocolate and let stand for 2 minutes until softened and begins to melt. Stir with the saucy silicone spatula (tm) until melted. Gradually stir in the peanut butter and continue stirring until fondue is smooth.

Transfer to the Tupperware (tm) ceramic fondue pot and keep warm.

Serve immediately with sliced bananas, marshmallows, cookies, pretzels or apples.

Caramel Fundue Dip

4 cups Miniature Marshmallows
25 Caramels (about 1/2 of 14-oz. bag)
1/4 cup evaporated milk

MICROWAVE marshmallows, caramels and evaporated milk in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes; stir. Microwave 1 minute or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended. Cool slightly.

SERVE warm as a dip with assorted cookies and fresh fruit dippers.

You can serve this fondue dip in your Tupperware Fondue Pot!

Italian Fondue

1/2 c. dry white wine or apple juice
1/2 c. Alfredo Sauce
1 c. shredded Italian Blend Cheese
1/2 tsp. Chef Series Simple Indulgence Italian Seasoning
French Bread Cubes

Bring wine or apple juice to a boil over medium heat on the stove top with a Chef Series (tm) 2 qt. saucepan. Blend in Alfredo sauce with a silicone spatula (tm). Gradually add cheese, stirring until cheese melts and mixture is smooth. Stir in Italian Seasoning. Blend and transfer mixture to fondue pot. Serve with bread cubes.

Caramel Fondue

½ cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup dark corn syrup
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon Cinnamon-Vanilla Blend

Dipping Foods:
Sliced apples, bananas, pound cake and pretzels

In Ceramic Insert, melt the butter for 1 minute in microwave on high power or until melted. Add the brown sugar, corn syrup, condensed milk, and water; stir to combine with Saucy Silicone Spatula. Continue heating in microwave for 1-2 minutes until smooth and thick. Add Cinnamon-Vanilla Blend. Transfer Ceramic Insert to Stainless Steel Pot that has been filled with 3 cups of hot water and place in Stainless Steel Stand; light fuel source.

Chili con Queso Fondue

2 (10-oz.) cans diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed
16 ounces processed cheese, cubed
1 tbsp. Simple Indulgence™ Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend

In a Chef Series™ 2 Qt. Saucepan, combine tomatoes, cream cheese, processed cheese, and seasoning blend. Heat over medium heat until hot and bubbly, stirring constantly until cheese is melted and fondue is creamy. Transfer to ceramic insert placed in fondue pot and keep warm
over burner.

Note: Lighten up recipe using fat-free cream cheese and light processed cheese.

Bacon-Cheddar Fondue

5 slices bacon - cooked and crumbled
1 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 1/2 pounds sharp Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
Parsley

Add onion and garlic to 1/4 cup bacon drippings; sauté until tender. Do not brown. Add soup; slowly stir in milk, over medium heat; blend until smooth. Add cheese, a little at a time, stirring until melted. Add bacon, reserving some for garnish. Add Worcestershire sauce, mustard and Tabasco sauce. Pour into fondue pot and keep warm. Garnish with bacon and parsley. If mixture becomes too thick, stir in a little hot milk.

Shrimp Fondue

6 tablespoons butter
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cans broken, tiny shrimp, drained
Scallions, chopped

Make sure shrimp are very well drained. Combine all ingredients and melt in a fondue pot. Use chips or cut sourdough bread in big chunks and dip into fondue.
