Strawberry Pecan Gelatin Ring

2 (3 ounce) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
2 c. boiling water
2 c. strawberries and juice
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple and juice
1 pkg. mini marshmallows
1 (3 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Dissolve gelatin in 2 c. boiling water. Add strawberries and juice and crushed pineapple with juice. Stir until well blended and then pour into the Tupperware Jel-Ring Mold. Refrigerate for 6 hours. Make whipped topping according to directions and add softened cream cheese to this, mixing well. Spread topping over firm gelatin and sprinkle chopped pecans on top.

Chocolate Velvet Dessert

1/2 c. cold milk
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin mix
1/2 c. milk, heated to boiling
1 egg
1/4 c. granulated sugar
dash of salt
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. milk or heavy cream
1 1/2 c. crushed ice

Put cold milk and gelatin into the blender. Cover. Mix for 1 minute. Remove cover and add the boiling milk. Cover and process until gelatin is dissolved. Add egg, granulated sugar and salt. Blend for 30 seconds. Add the chocolate chips and process until smooth and creamy. Add vanilla , milk or heavy cream and the crushed ice. Process until mixture is smooth. Pour into the Jel-Ring Mold. Chill for 2 hours or until firm.
