I am a Big Yellow Box Consultant in NJ. I have a growing team of consultants and I am now encouraging them to set, and share monthly goals, which I will help them track.
Does anybody know the number of conversations, one on one, on average, it requires to recruit. I think I remember hearing it was 10 people one on one should net a recruit.
Now these arent' the "are you interested in hearing more" kind of talks that you have at every party. These are people you think are a good fit with the company and who you approach to really present the opportunity and have a one on one with.
Is is ten? I thought I remember hearing or reading that you need to be in contact with 100 people to find ten possibles and talk to them. Doing that each month will net a recruit a month, on average.
