Hostess gifts and raffles

Hi Girls,

Wanted to find out what kind of things you raffle off at parties (if you do) and do you give the hostess a gift besides what she earns at her party. I am always in a quandry about this, not sure if the jewelry is a little pricey as a giveaway. What do you do?

I kind of feel like our hostesses get ample rewards from the program because I've checked and it really is the best around. As for door prizes, I have a rule I stole from my leader that we never spent more then $1.25 on a door prize. You'd be amazed at what we can find at local discount and dollar stores. Once she even found PartyLite candle holders that sell for $17 on sale for $1.99!
