First Annual Fundraiser:
Atlanta Coronado Memorial Fund

Hi there!

We are having a “Shopping Day” in honor of the “Atlanta Coronado Memorial Fund”.
The event will be held Saturday, November 3, 2007, Holiday Inn Select, 549 S Rock Road, Wichita, KS. We have the Grande South and Grande Central Ballrooms from 7:00AM – 7:00PM. Guests and customers may shop 9:00AM – 5:00PM. We will also have a “Silent Auction”. Bids will be taken until 5:00PM.

Atlanta passed away December 7, 2003, leaving behind her two-year-old son, Luke. We want to do something different than most fundraisers. Atlanta wasn’t into golf, racing, walking, or any of the “normal” memorial fundraising sports/activities. BUT, she could spend ALL day shopping.

We are looking for businesses to participate in the following way(s):

1. Rent booth space - $25.00 per booth. Make checks payable to:
Atlanta Coronado Memorial Fund
Booth reservations and money MUST be received no later than,
Friday, October 12, 2007
2. Donate a percentage of sales for the day to the
“Atlanta Coronado Memorial Fund” – if desired, but not required.
3. Provide a “Silent Auction” item, preferred value of $100 or more.
All money from the “Silent Auction” will go to the
“Atlanta Coronado Memorial Fund”.
