When your company changes over to a new catalog...
Do you send all of your past customers a new catalog automatically or do you send out a email or postcard mailing letting them know new catalogs are out and they can request one from you if they are interested?
How do you handle it when you switch over to a new catalog?

With Affordable Mineral Makeup we don't offer a catalog because we are Eco friendly, So if they want one they have to ask. With Avon I generally give one to all my customers when I deliver their order.

I would just call your customers just to let them know there is a new one and if they are interested then you can drop it off to them that way it saves you time and money from sending letters and/or catalouges to people

I would host a party... maybe a customer appreciation party introducing the new line/catalog have raffles and free prizes. Then if they can't make it I would send folks your website. For those really great past customers and hosts I would then call them up and see if they would like a catalog. Since you value their opinion you could follow up with a phone call once they receive the catalog and hopefully schedule a party with the brand new catalog!
Good luck!
