Please recommend your health insurance...

I am in need of health insurance coverage ASAP! For those of you who are not covered on your husband's insurance plan, who is your health insurance provider? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Hi Devon,

I use NJ Blue Cross & Blue Shield.....they do have plans for small home business owners.

I also believe that United Healthcare does too.

Sometimes you can co-op insurance with other small home business owners...you can usually find co-op groups by contacting your local chamber of commerce and finding out through them.

I am not sure if you are including prescription coverage in healthcare or not...but here is my 2-cents worth anyway!

By all means necessary, stay away from CAREMARK RX!!!!! This company should have their license pulled!!! Shorting in quantity, subbing other medications when the doctor has called them with explicit instructions not to, and down-right lying to customers and doctors alike -- I could go on forever with a list of things that they do that aren't kosher. You would be better off not having prescription coverage than to go with them.
