party cancellations

Hi everyone- I have a problem that I am hoping that you can pass along some advise. I have been having a problem this summer with party cancels/reschedules. This does not seem to be a problem in the winter months. At first I thought it was by virtue of my booking more than the usual amount of parties- 14-16/mo. But my distributors that are just starting out and are not booking that many are experiencing the same thing. Any advise how to curb this?
