Hi, Deb! I give out quite a few samples. I think it works to my advantage. I also have an open bottle of handcream I let people try. I've sold 3 tubes out of about 10 people who have tried it. I have certain customers who like to try before they buy, and if I can, I'll let them sample different things. I invite them to my parties to try the food items, if they can't make it, I drop off a taste. That seems to work better on some than the money back guarentee.

I give out around 30 samples a month and get around 15 orders for every 30 samples I hand out....I do find it very worth it in my type of business (bath and body products) as customers need to try before they buy!

I have to learn not to use my own samples.
