Hello - Thanks for these great questions.
I've been trying to get into the blog thing but I guess I'm not too sure on how to get started. I know how to get a free account etc..but I don't know how to get people to me.
Any advise?

I have found that the best way to get people reading my blog is to put a link to it in my signature and post on forums that are appropriate to the topic of my blog.
Make sure you have an email subscription option on your blog. That makes it easy to keep people coming back for current information.
