Change & Cash on hand?

For those of you who do home parties, do you accept cash payments at your home parties? If so, how much change do you typically carry to your home parties?

For those of you who do expos & fairs...how much change do you typically carry to those events?

For vendor events I usually get $20 in ones and take a handful of coins. Most people pay with a check or credit card.

I find that most folks pay by credit card or check. I carry very little change.
