I know this is past, but I just had the best cake. It had chopped up Girl Scout Mint cookies in it. I've loved those for years.

I swear your daughter and mine are cut from the same cloth LOL. We too have this ice cream at home....she too wears the designer jeans etc.

I do love chocolate, but my lactose intolerance has me even limited to not eating chocolate. The lactaid pills are also a shot in the dark, they don't work too often.
