well so far T mobile has been the ONLY place w/good customer service
last week i got to ream out Washington Mutual Bank,
Sam's Club
Bank of America
and a car dealership
and this week teachers at school

ROFL Shelly. I've not had Taco Bell in I don't know how long.
Ok...I had a good customer service experience....I finally had one!!!! The company is Western Bagel. They more then met my expectations...they even surpassed them. Kudos to this company.
I knew if I searched long and hard enough I'd find good customer service somewhere.

I totally agree! pitiful! I got into it last night with our power company. I called in to let them know our neighborhood was without power and the smart butt chic says NO kidding, we received a gazillion calls about it already. errrr! I wasn't nice with my reply back to her!

what i hate is when you think you should be able to press 0 for "operator' and it says "you've made an invalid entry"
grrrrrrrrrrrr
just give me a live danged person!

I am liked "Shocked" when a live person answers a call. Sometimes I just don't know what to say. It is such a rare occurrence that I am stunned for a few seconds. I also like when you call customer service and the recording says "Do to high call volume you will be on hold for 45 minutes to an hour". What the heck is that crap! I have nothing else to do but wait on the phone for an hour..........Please!!!!
