Ok...I had a good customer service experience....I finally had one!!!! The company is Western Bagel. They more then met my expectations...they even surpassed them. Kudos to this company.
I knew if I searched long and hard enough I'd find good customer service somewhere.

I called in to let them know our neighborhood was without power and the smart butt chic says NO kidding, we received a gazillion calls about it already. errrr! I wasn't nice with my reply back to her!

Posted: Mon Mar 17, 2008 11:39 pmI am liked "Shocked" when a live person answers a call. Sometimes I just don't know what to say. It is such a rare occurrence that I am stunned for a few seconds. I also like when you call customer service and the recording says "Do to high call volume you will be on hold for 45 minutes to an hour". What the heck is that crap! I have nothing else to do but wait on the phone for an hour..........Please!!!!
