Oh my gosh...what a fantastic experience to see my first grandbaby being born!

J had a rough time of it but she finally delivered Baby G at 7:58pm EST last night.

J's room at the hospital faces the riverfront and a gorgeous sunset appeared at the time Baby G made her entrance into the world.

She weighed in at 7 1/2 lbs. and 19.2" long.

She has a beautiful head of dark hair, light eyebrows and eyelashes and gorgeous pudgy lips!

Congratulations Grandma!!!!

What a miracle they are!

Have you already bought baby clothes and stuff? Or did you wait to see if it was a boy or a girl?

Baby G is beautiful Shelly. Congrats to the family.

We knew she was a girl back in January and she already has a slew of cute girlie things

We are hoping they will be coming home this morning.
