1/4th cup of minced green bell pepper
1/4th cup of minced green onions
1/4th cup of minced cucumber
1/4th cup of minced radishes
1/4th cup of minced celery
1 cup of sour cream
1/4th cup of mayonaise
2 tsp of sugar
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4th tsp of white pepper
Drain the bell pepper, green onions,cucumber, radishes, celery o a paper towels. Combine the sour cream, mayonaise, sugar & garlic,salt & white pepper in a large bowl and mix well. Stir in the drained vegetables. Spoon into a serving dish. Chill covered, for several hours before serving. Serve with bite-sized vegetables or crackers for dipping.
