Beef & Veggie Kabobs
12 (1" thick) cubes of cooked beef
12 cherry tomatoes
12 med. mushroom caps
5 green peppers, quartered
12 broccoli florets
4 med. onions, quartered
6 slices bacon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. butter
Alternate meat cubes and veggies on 6 skewers with a bacon strip on each. Melt butter in saucepan, add salt and pepper. Brush each kabob with butter and grill 4-5" from heat until veggies and bacon begin to brown, about 8-10 minutes. Turn over once.
