4 cups of bite-sized mixed seasonal fruit pieces
1/2 cup of toasted sliced almonds.
1/2 cup of diced celery
1 cup of non fat vanilla yogurt
1 tbsp of brown sugar
1/2 tsp of almond extract
Reserve 1/2 cup of the fruit pieces for garnish
Combine the remaining 3 & 1/2 cups of fruit pieces, almonds
and celery in a large bowl and mix well. Combine the yogurt, brown sugar & almond extract in a bowl and mix well. Pour over the fruit mixture and toss to coat. Garnish with the fruit salad with the reserved 1/2 cup of fruit.
