Roasted Cream Potatoes and Garlic

2 to 3 pounds of red potatoes, cubed
1 tbsp of butter
1 cup of heavy cream
4 to 5 garlic cloves, minced
1 & 1/2 tsp of salt
Pepper to taste
1 cup (4 ounces) freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Toss the potatoes, butter, cream, garlic, salt & pepper in a large bowl. Spoon into a grated 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Stir and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake for 20 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.
Serves 4-6
