Blueberry Pie
2 pie crusts
1 qt. fresh blueberries
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter
Wash blueberries and place into one of the pie crust shells. In a bowl mix sugar, flour, salt and pour over the blueberries. Dot the mixture with butter. Cover the pie with the other pie crust or pastry shell. Bake in a hot oven set at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
