4 ounces of white baking chocolate
2 tbsp of milk
3 ounces of creamed cheese, softened
1/3rd cup of confectioners' sugar
1 tsp of grated orange zest
1 cup of heavy cream or whipping cream, whipped
1 (9" ) graham cracker crust pie shell
2 cups of sliced strawberries
1 ounce of white baking chocolate, melted
Microwave 4 ounces of white chocolate with the milk in the microwave-safe bowl until melted. Cool to room tempereature. Beat the cream cheese & confectioners' sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth. Beat in the orange zest and the white chocolate mixture. Fold in the whipped cream. Spread the whipped cream mixture into the pie shell. Arrange the strawberry slices over the top. Drizzle the white chocolate over the top of the strawberries.. Chill covered for at least 1 hour before serving. Store in the refrigerator. Since this pie filling is very soft you may wish to add the strawberries and the drizzle with the melted white chocolate after placing the individual pieces on dessert plates.
