No Egg Chocolate Cake

[Rosalee]

2 & 1/2 cup of flour
2 cups of sugar
1/2 cup of cocoa
2 tsp of soda
Less than 1/4 tsp of salt
10 tbsp of cooking oil
2 tsp of vinegar
2 cup of hot water
2 tsp of vanilla

Combine all ingredients and pour into a 12 x 8" baking dish. Do not grease of flour the pan. Bake at 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out clean.

Never Fail Fudge Frosting:
3 cup of sugar
1/3rd cup of cocoa
1/2 cup of margarine
1/2 cup of milk
1 tsp of vanilla

Mix and bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Add vanilla and beat until frosting reaches spreading consistency.
