Baked Fruit Compote

1 (28 oz) can of peach, halves
1 (28 oz) can of pears, halved
1 (16 oz) can of apricots, halved
1 cup of packed light brown sugar
2 tbsp of all purpose flour
1 tsp of vanilla extract
12 0z of creamed cheese, softened
5 tsp of honey
1 (8 oz) Jar of Marachino Cherries

Drain the Peaches, Pears and apricots, reserving 1 and 1/4 cup of mixed juices. Arrange fruit cut side up in a 9 x 13" baking dish. Combine the brown sugar,flour, vanilla and 1 cup of reserved juice in a saucepan. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour around the fruit. Combine the Cream cheese and honey in a mixing bowl and beat until well blended.
Add enough of the remaining reserved juice to reach the desired consistency, beating until fluffy.Place 1 spoon of the creamed cheese mixture on each piece of fruit. Top with a cherry. Bake at 375 degreesfor 20 minutes or until heated through.
