Easy Excellant Rolls

1 envelope of active dry yeast
2 cups of warm milk
3/4 cup of butter or margarine
1/2 cup of sugar
1 egg
4 cups of self rising flour

Combine the yeats in the warm milk in a small bowl. Combine the butter, sugar, egg and flour in a large bowl. Stir in the yeast mixture. Pour into greased muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 1 & 1/2 - 2 dozen.
