Pecan Pastries Recipe
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. pecans
1 egg
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
Crust: Mix cream cheese, 1/2 c. butter and 1 c. flour in a bowl to make crust. Roll into walnut sized dough balls. Line small muffin tin pan.
Filling: Mix together in a large bowl the brown sugar, pecans, egg, 1 tbsp. butter, vanilla and salt. Put filling into the dough crusts.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 18-20 minutes.
