Yogurt Baked Chicken
6 oz. plain yogurt
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2-3 lbs. chicken, skinless and cut up
1 c. dry bread crumbs
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Use a baking pan and grease it lightly. Mix yogurt, salt, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, Tabasco sauce and garlic powder together. Dip chicken in mixture, roll in dry bread crumbs. Place chicken in the baking pan and bake uncovered for 1 to 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
