Chocolate Nut Brownies
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. nuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x9" square baking pan. Beat the eggs, add the sugar and then the butter. Beat well. In another bowl stir together the flour, cocoa and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the moist ingredients and stir until mixed. Stir in the vanilla extract. Stir in the chopped nuts and pour the brownie batter into your prepared baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
These brownies will not test done so remove them from the oven after 30 minutes. Let them cool in the pan to finish the baking process.
