4 lg green bell peppers
1 lb. of ground beef
2 tbsp of chopped onion
1/2 cup of minute rice
1/2 cup of hot water
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp. of worcestershire sauce
Dash of garlic powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 (8 oz. ) can of tomato sauce
Cut top off of peppers and cut in half length wise-forming a boat. Take the seeds out an wash. Put 1/2 cup of water in a large kettle. Add peppers. Cover and boil for 5 minutes. Remove peppers and drain. Brown ground beef with onion. Drain. Then add rice, 1/2 cup of hot water, salt, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix well. Fill peppers with meat mixture. Then cover with tomato sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.
