2-3 lbs red potatoes, cubed
1 tbsp of butter
1 cup of heavy cream, whipping cream or milk
4-5 garlic cloves, minced
1 & 1/2 tsp of salt
Pepper to taste
1 cup (4 oz) freshly grated parmesan cheese
Toss the potatoes, butter, cream, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Spoon into a greased 9 x 13 " baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Stir and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake for 20 minutes longer or until the potatoes are tender.
