Mild Salsa Recipe

Mild Salsa Recipe

3 1/2 c. tomatoes, chopped coarsely
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. taco seasoning
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. oregano

In a large frying pan, combine 2 tbsp. water, garlic, onion and green pepper. Saute for 2 minutes. Add in all of the other ingredients. Saute for 12-14 minutes until done. Place in a small bowl and refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
