Epicure's Extraordinary Cheese Dip

Extraordinary Cheese Dip
3 cups
Ingredients
8 oz package spreadable cream cheese
1/2 cup (125 ml) grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup (125 ml) grated Mozzarella cheese
1 cup (250 ml) low-fat mayonnaise
1 tsp (5 ml) VE Cheese, Chives & Bacon Dip Mix
1 tsp (5 ml) VE 3 Onion Dip Mix
1 tsp (5 ml) VE Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
1 round sourdough bread
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
2. Combine first 7 ingredients until well blended.
3. Cut off top half of loaf and scoop out to make a bread bowl. Save remaining bread, cut into cubes and reserve for dipping.
4. Spoon cheese mixture into bread bowl. Place in oven for 20 - 30 minutes, or until heated through.
Per Serving: Calories 160, Fat 9 g (Saturated 3.5 g, Trans 0 g), Cholesterol 20 mg, Sodium 290 mg, Carbohydrate 15 g (Fibre 1 g, Sugars 1 g), Protein 4 g.
