Pineapple Coconut Cake
1 box white cake mix
1 can crushed pineapple
1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 tub of cool whip
3/4 c. coconut
Bake a white cake as directed by pkg. Take a fork and poke holes in the top of the cake and pour a can of crushed pineapple over the cake.
Mix cream cheese and vanilla pudding and spread over cake and pineapple. Top with cool whip and sprinkle coconut over top.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
