1 can 15-16 oz spicy chili beans undrained
1 can 15-16 oz dk red kidney beans
15 oz pinquito beans undrained
14.5 oz chili style chunky tomatoes undrained
1 large onion/1 cup
1/8 tsp red pepper(cayenne)
2-3 tsp chili powder
cover and cook 5-6 hours on low until flavors have blended
stir well before serving
put on top of tortilla strips and add tomatoes,lettuce ,sour cream,and cheese.

heat over to 400
cut each tortilla in half
cut each crosswise into 1/2 inch strips
place in single layer on ungreased cookie sheet
bake 10-12 minutes or until strips are crispy and edges are light brown
chili recipe can of course be altered to suit taste !
