Aloha Fruit Dip
Ingredients
1 package (8 oz/227 g) fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 jar (7 oz/198 g) marshmallow cream
1 tsp/5 mL Ginger
1/2 tsp/2.5 mL Rum Extract
1/8 tsp/0.6 mL, if desired, Orange Extract
Dash Nutmeg
Cooking Directions
Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth. Place in serving bowl and sprinkle a small amount of nutmeg on top for garnish.
Makes 2 cups, 2 tablespoons per serving.
