Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo
8 oz pkg spaghetti
1 c. frozen broccoli florets
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cubed
10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
Cook pasta according to pkg directions. Add broccoli for last 4 minutes of cooking time, drain. Heat butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often. Add soup, milk, cheese, epper and pasta mixture, heat through. Serve with additional Parmesan Cheese.
