Ingredients/Instructions:
1 - 9" pie crust
3 ripe tomatoes
Oregano to taste
1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
Enough Mayonnaise to bind cheese
Bake crust 7 minutes at 400 degrees. Layer thickly sliced tomatoes in crust. Sprinkle generously with oregano. Mix mayonnaise and cheese together and spread over tomatoes / oregano. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
