Caramel-Pecan Rolls

1 c. pecan halves
2/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. margarine, melted
4 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup and 1/4 cup margarine in rectangular pan. Spread to cover bottom of the pan. Set aside.

Stir Bisquick baking mix and milk until a dough forms, beat for 20-30 strokes. Turn onto a surface dusted with baking mix or onto a Tupperware (tm) Pastry Sheet that has been lightly dusted with baking mix. Gently roll in baking mix to coat. Shape into a ball, kneed the dough a few times. Roll dough into rectangle 15x9" in size and spread with 2 tbsp. of margarine.

Mix 1/2 cup brown sugar and the cinnamon together and sprinkle over rectangle. Roll up tightly, beginning at the 15" side. Pinch edge of dough into roll to seal it. Cut into 12 slices. Arrange cut sides down over mixture in pan.

Bake in a 400 degree oven until golden brown for about 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 12 rolls.
