Chocolate Crumble Cookies

1/2 c. oil
4 squares of chocolate, melted
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. confectioners sugar

Mix oil, chocolate and sugar together. Add 1 egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla, salt and baking powder. Chill for 4 hours. Drop by teaspoonful in confectioners sugar, roll and shape into a ball. Bake on a greased cookie sheet 2" apart for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes about 45 cookies.
