It is a level in my company. Distric Manager... my pay goes up and I get more bonus. Stuff like that. We have the CDARN chart...
C~consultant 4% on team
D~ Distric 8%
A~ Area 14%
R~ Region 17% also the care (merecedes benz)
N~ National 18%

My mom and I started together last Feb. Well I took the whole summer off.. and got pregs. She is a A and I just completed D. She is well on her way to the R and I am going for A now.
