Fire House Fundraiser
Donations for Breast Cancer
Saturday: October 21st 2006
Time: 3:00 to 7:00
1. Fee is $ 50.00 per table. If you would like two tables. It will be $ 25.00 extra per table. Do you want to be in the front ? Then the fee is $65.00.Full payment is due with registration. Non refundable. Reservations will be on a first come, first served payment basis.
2. All vendors are required to donate one item (or basket of items) worth a minimal of $ 10.00.For a Chinese auction of which all proceeds got to the Breast cancer Walk.
3. Sale items limited to your business only.
4. No microphones or speakers system permitted. No displays are to be hung on fire hall walls.
5. Set up time is 2:00 pm.Space must be vacated by 7:30pm
6. Sponsors reserve the right to deny space to any inappropriate person(s) NOT COMPLYINGWITH THE THEME OR RULES AS STATED.
7. Participants agree to take full responsibility for there merchandise and display and agree to release sponsor of any liability of same.
8. All hostess credit is yours, but you do agree to give the sponsor(s) 15% of all sales to include cash and carry. All proceeds will go to the Breast Cancer Walk.
9. We will advertise and pay for the firehouse. We asked that each of you ask 20 or more of your friends to come. We also ask that you advertise where you can, and let everyone on your contact list, previous hostess and friends. Of our upcoming event.
