Not sure how to figure what Hostess Incentives to offer. For sales, for bookings, for re-booking, how much merchandise credit should be allowed?

What products are you selling ? Guess you would need to come up with say - $100 - 199 in sales get ---free and 10% off 1 item $200-350 get--- free and 15% off 1 item or 2 items at 10% figure out something in that type of format possibly
Figure out what you would get from the amount of sales deduct what you would be giving away for the host items - deduct it see if you are still making anything
I have no honest clue - as these things are already dtermined for most of my Home Biz
Hopefully someone else will have an idea

One thing that works for me is to take an item (from the list of top selling items) from our catalog and offer it to my $300 (and more) Hostesses for 50% off original price. Example= Fragrance Lamp originally $40.00, a $300 Hostess can purchase it for only $19.99. If I am in need of close bookings, I offer these by the month (price effective through March). My commission is 40% so my cost on a $40.00 item is only $4.01 after they pay the $19.99. Also, it really helps to have the item you're discounting to show at your parties. This way your guests can see what a great deal they will be getting for having a party!
