Hi everyone- I have a fairly new (11/2 yrs) sterling silver direct sales company. Last summer, I was the only one selling and since Nov. 2005 we have added 14 distributors. Myself and my distributors are running into a number of party cancellations(2-4 per mo.), about 2/3's of which reschedule to another date. I did not have this problem last year, but I also wasn't booking as many parties (14-16/mo.). Anyone else out there having this problem? and if so, what advice can you share to curb it.
