Attend every training, convention ect you can for your company. Knowledge is power!

I agree with that 100%.

Way too often I see people join companies and then they do NOT attend any trainings, seminars, conventions etc. You are really missing out on a valuable training and motivation tool.

This is so important!! Get training anyway you can! Keeping up with what is new in the company plus being able to see what is working for those that are successful will boost your business! Look at your company and see who is successful. Chances are they are not missing out on any training!! Marcy

You are SO right!! The more you LEARN, the more you will EARN!

I will also add that in addition to attending everything - DO the things they teach - really do them.

People who train are sharing with you the things that have worked...they are not going to train on things that DON"T work! And so, walk away from every training with at least one new thing you will try.
