Need help with bookings

There are TONS of ways to get bookings!

But, the first thing you should do is to throw your own party and invite EVERYONE you know. Tell them you need the practice. Offer raffle tickets for being on time, bringing a guest, ordering, booking a show or joining you in the business. Give out door prizes and draw for the hostess gifts. It's a win, win situation! Don't focus so much on the sales as the bookings.

Offer a great hostess special that night for anyone who books a show with you. I don't know how much fleixbility you have with your company, but if you can create your own hostess program for that night and for everyone who books a party that night, it will be worth it.

Yes, it may cut into your profit a little bit, but the long run pay off will be ten fold. Offer incentives to your first 8 hostesses. Let them know that this is a special offer, an extra thank you for partaking in your Grand Opening Celebration!

You also need to be handing your cards out to everyone you talk to: grocery store clerk, bank teller, waitress, lady next to you in line. Get their name and number or email back and then follow up with them.

You joined this company for a reason, so focus on that. Is the quality outstanding? Do they have a lifetime warranty? Are the materials used top notch. Focus on that instead of the price.

If you know others who are in direct sales, you could do a Vendor Showcase with 3 or 4 other companies. Or work with them on a party swap. You can offer mini shopping parties for lunch hours at offices.

It is really a matter of stepping outside your comfort zone and doing something EVERY day to get you where you want to be in your business!

Have you tried doing incentives? Like buy 100.00 worth, and get a 10.00 item free? and door prizes.... Give them something for buyiong from you... or ask them to host a party. Let them know that if the prices are too high to buy, if they host a party, they could get stuff free....
