I think it depends what company you sign with. YTB sends out a training packet with a lot of materials. They also e-mail me conference calls daily that I listen to often. There are meetings, but if you are unable to go the conference calls are great. You need to find a company that is successful and that interests you.

I know our company Tupperware is excellent with trainings. We have training dvds, online training videos via Tupperware U and Tupper Tube, weekly conference calling, online chat room chats, training manuals etc.

Scentsations has an awesome training program as well. I think if a company is in it for the long haul and really wants their reps to succeed they will invest in the tools and make them available.

Alot of it also depends on your upline too. I have been involved with companies that you have to go and hunt down your "training". If your upline is a good one, they will show you and lead you. I have only had one person that did not want the info. She was a seasoned rep however and knew she could go it alone.

I agree that training calls are very important. Scent-Sations does offer training calls almost every day and different times of the day so if you can't make it at night then you can try during the day. They also record them so we can dowload them and listen at our convenience. We have so many training materials also.
